  • Analyze complex business processes, workflows, and operational requirements to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and system design documents.
  • Conduct data analysis using structured methodologies to support business decision-making.
  • Perform impact analysis to assess the effects of system changes on business operations and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
  • Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, data models, and workflow documentation.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or new technology solutions.
  • Support system integration efforts by defining interface and data exchange requirements.
  • Participate in software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities including planning, design, testing, and deployment.
  • Assist in the development of user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system functionality against requirements.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure business requirements align with organizational goals, compliance standards, and best practices.
