Job Description 

Role Summary / Requirements:

10+ years of experience in software engineering, leading delivery for cloud-native .NET platforms at enterprise scale

Strong hands-on expertise with:

.NET microservices and RESTful APIs

Blazor / MudBlazor UI patterns and componentization

Kubernetes

MariaDB (query tuning, migrations, HA/replication)

RabbitMQ (pub/sub)

BuildMaster, ProGet

Rider, DataGrip

Proven ownership of NFRs (performance, availability, scalability), observability, and production readiness

Strong security knowledge including OAuth2 / OIDC, RBAC / ABAC, secrets & key management, SAST / DAST / SCA practices

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence design trade-offs with architects, product, and business stakeholders
