Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior ETL Tester to join our team supporting Wells Fargo's enterprise data and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ETL testing, SQL, data validation, and data quality testing in complex data warehousing environments. This role will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across multiple platforms and contribute to the success of data-driven initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of strong experience in ETL/Data Warehouse testing.
  • Expertise in writing complex SQL queries for data validation.
  • Strong experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Ab Initio, or DataStage.
  • Experience with Data Lake and Cloud Data Warehouses (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
  • Good understanding of data warehouse concepts (star schema, snowflake schema, slowly changing dimensions, etc.).
  • Familiarity with test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or Zephyr.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with banking or financial clients (especially Wells Fargo) preferred.
  • ETL Testing Certification (nice to have).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
