Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of service provider-grade routers and switches.
• Support routing protocol operations including IS-IS, BGP, Segment Routing, and MPLS in lab and production environments.
• Perform network testing using tools such as Ixia and Spirent to validate performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Capture and analyze logs during testing phases to identify issues and document findings.
• Work with NETCONF, gNMI, and streaming telemetry for network configuration and monitoring.
• Participate in performance monitoring and reporting using telemetry and analytics platforms.
• Maintain structured documentation of test cases, results, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with service provider or telecom network environments.
• Good understanding of routing protocols, MPLS, and traffic engineering.
• Exposure to automation tools (Python/Ansible) is an added advantage.
