Job Description:
Experience in development and implementation of SAM using ServiceNow SAM Tool.
Integration experience includes but not limited to SaaS, SGC, Procurement, CSD, Cloud Discovery etc., and other software discovery and license management tools like flexera, adobe ,citrix ,Microsoft publisher packs
Strong knowledge on software licensing across major publishers like Microsoft, IBM, Oracle,SAP, Adobe, VMWare)
Strong knowledge on ServiceNow Discovery, HAM and CMDB modules.
Experience in customer management and project management
SAM lifecycle and discovery tools experience
Experience in implementing ServiceNow SAM processes and functions
Experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions
Facilitate business needs on selected products to ensure that maintenance, support, and upgrade protection renewals are managedhandledordered in advance of their expiration
Experience in interpreting and designing complex workflows
Experience in reconciling software license positions
Experience in Java, JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XML
Knowledge on Contract Management Knowledge of ServiceNow Orchestration and PA Certified in SAM Pro.
CIS-SAM ProCertified System Administrator CSAGood to haveITIL V3V4 foundation certificationCMDB Micro certificationBehavioral competency
