Want to know when to expect your H-1B approval, or if not selected, when to expect your returned petition? I’m sharing updates from my firm’s cases to give you an idea of what to expect in your case.
9/1/17 UPDATE: Did you know September is Childhood Cancer Awareness month? #GoGold
- We have received I-797 approval notices for a whopping 8% of our selected cases. These are from both service centers and include both Advanced Degree and regular cap.
- We have received a Request for Evidence in 47% of our selected cases. These are from both service centers and include both Advanced Degree and regular cap.
- This means that no action has been taken on roughly 43% of our selected cases. USCIS usually tries to get through all of the “cap gap” cases by the end of September, but it looks like many will drag out beyond October 1st this year.
