<p><span style="font-size: xx-large;"><strong>Job Description:</strong></span></p> <p>The Lead Workday Administrator is a key member of our Global Workday HR Solutions team. You will apply understanding of core Human Resources (HR) business processes; enabling support and maintenance of the systems delivering these processes. The Lead Workday Administrator is a subject matter expert and point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and Centers of Excellence (COE's); ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes and the analysis of data and work flows to further process improvement opportunities. This role is instrumental in the success of key elements of our Workday implementation and will act as a consultative partner for cross-functional business teams.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p><br /><br /></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Serve as a team lead overseeing support for HR technology enhancements including prioritization, research, resolution, change management and issue tracking</li> </ul> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <ul> <li>Function as subject matter expert to optimize global use of Workday and HR technology solutions for enhanced operations and consistent user experience. Assess system functionality and actively participate in project life cycles: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, deployment and change management</li> </ul> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <ul> <li>Participate and lead cross functional interview sessions to gather and elicit information from functional managers and staff regarding business processes</li> </ul> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <ul> <li>Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions. Serve as an HR technology liaison with COE's, HRIT, Finance and other stakeholders regarding business process design, data integrity and security requirements</li> </ul> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <ul> <li>Responsible for testing, change management and coordination of enhanced configurations related to system upgrades</li> </ul> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <ul> <li>Oversee development of user procedures, guidelines and documentation for HR technology systems</li> </ul> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Assist project teams associated with global HR technology projects and initiatives</li> <li></li> </ul>
