USCIS also announced that they have \u201ccompleted\u201d returning the unselected petitions. This means that the remaining not-selected petitions that have not arrived should be arriving in the mail by August 13th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7\/23\/18 UPDATE<\/strong>: as of today, we\u2019ve received approximately 91% of the petitions back that we are expecting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7\/17\/18 UPDATE<\/strong>: as of today, we\u2019ve received approximately 66% of the petitions back that we are expecting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7\/10\/18 UPDATE<\/strong>: as of today, we\u2019ve received approximately 35% of the petitions back that we are expecting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7\/3\/18 UPDATE<\/strong>: as of today, we\u2019ve received approximately 24% of the petitions back that we are expecting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6\/27\/18 UPDATE<\/strong>: as of today, we\u2019ve received approximately 4% of the petitions back that we are expecting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6\/22\/18: Today\u2019s the day. We have received the first shipment of H-1B petitions that were returned after not being selected in the FY 2019 lottery.&nbsp;This is just the beginning, we received just a few from the Vermont Service Center today. We are expecting many, many more over the next four to six weeks. The stamped date on the notices we received today are from June 19, and 20th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petitions have a Reject Case # at the top. Vermont cases start with VRN or VMN (for Regular or Masters)&nbsp; and California cases start with CRN or CMN.
